Lew Electric Weatherproof Deck Power Box

The Lew Electric deck outlet was designed to add an electrical outlet to the floor of your deck. The enclosure houses the outlet in a waterproof box that provides safe in-use operation to power.  The box allows a user to plug their power cord into the outlet, close the lid, and have power in any weather condition. Now you can avoid long cords and put a receptacle exactly where it is needed most, perfect for power tools, grills, lights, fans, mobile devices, and any electric appliance you want to use outside at a specific location. The sleek and slim design offers an attractive high-end look for the outside of any home or commercial building. The low-profile cover is ultra-thin with a beveled edge providing a near flush appearance without creating a tripping hazard. The cover features a grip texture making it slip-resistant and able to handle heavy loads.  

The box is brown and includes a black 20 Amp GFCI tamper-resistant (TR) and weather-resistant (WR) outlet, as well as a waterproof junction box and power cord. The box and components are ETL or UL approved, as well as CSA approved for Canada. The box features four self-leveling screws for simple installation to the deck. Simple and Safe to Use Outdoors

The box allows up to two power cables to be plugged in and used at the same time no matter the weather conditions, simply connect your plugs, close the lid, and you are done. The cover secures the power cables in place when closed, there is never any strain on the plugs, and they can’t come unplugged.  Gain access to the outlet easily by pulling the tab and lifting the cover, the cover stays open in the 90 degree position so you can plug into the outlet. After you have connected your plugs, lower the lid and press shut until the latch clicks in the locked position. 

Easy Installation

The first step is to cut the 8 3/4″ x 5 3/4″ hole in the deck where no joists are interfering. Second is to run your power wire into the included weatherproof junction box per local code. Third, connect the power cord to the junction box. The last step is to secure the box to the deck by tightening the four screws.  

Extreme-Duty Outdoor Box

The heavy-duty UV-resistant outlet box is constructed of polycarbonate for extreme durability and provides protection even during use. The cover resists rot, fading, and cracking in extreme temperatures. The deck box and junction box are UL listed for USA and Canada installations.

This item qualifies for free ground shipping to anywhere in the USA and Canada. In-stock orders are shipped the same business day Monday-Friday from Boise, ID if ordered by 6pm EST.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return this item for a full refund of the merchandise total, the return request must be made within 45 days from order date. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is defective or damaged.
